Dittisham is the place to be, The Old Brewhouse is the place to stay.

We've just loved our week - perfect weather, perfect location, perfect accommodation.....Thank you Jono so much.
PS we would recommend..... Afternoon tea in The Anchorstone, Dartmouth Regatta fireworks by boat with personal 'dashing!' boatman, regular chilled Sharpham's and sunset seen from the pontoon (I could go on...!)
Karen

Thoroughly relaxing week and so lucky with the weather... convinced that it never rains in Devon! Thank you! XXX

A wonderful quirky cottage in a wonderful quirky village - er, just wonderful really. Even at 18, I loved the crabbing more than most 5 year olds. Thanks so much!

Having found both Dittisham & The Old Brewhouse completely randomly on the internet, we have had a wonderful break and adventure. You have done an amazing job on the house (we really want to know where you got the stone for the ground floor!) and the views each morning were a delight! We have been adopted by Baz, Slugs & Ray at the FBI, walked from Ditsum to Dartmouth and back from Kingswear to Greenway, crabbed until there cannot possibly any left, and even seen a seal. A true break, a perfect location and a holiday cottage that really feels like home - wonderful!

Lovely cosy cottage, despite the blustery weather outside! Our first visit to Dittisham, but we will definitely be back. Crabbing on the pontoon - fantastic. Thank you.

Couldn't have picked a better spot, after picking Dittisham at random. We were blown away by the views in this village. Dinner in the FBI, walking around the local area and coastal walks further afield. The Old Brewhouse was a great find. We would love to come back.
Claire & Chris, West Hampstead, London. September 09

What a lovely time in The Old Brewhouse. We have been to Dittisham many times with the children for a break each year, and this time was perfect. The location could not be better, being able to reserve lunch at the Cafe, (the crab and lobster not to be missed) as well as the children being able to reach the pontoon in seconds!
We have watched The Old Brewhouse transform and we were not disappointed, everything we wanted was here and it really was a comfortable and fun place to stay, (and we have stayed in a few (not so plush) places in the village!). We also found a new restaurant, 'The Apprentice' and loved it including our very fussy 11 year old! Good place to visit is the Dart River Country Park, outdoor fun for the children but in a very natural beautiful surroundings. Love the house, the village and hope to be back very soon.
The Evans's , Oxford August 09

A fantastic holiday for 2 little boys!! Crabbing on the pontoon - amazing. Wet suits and big waves at Blackpool Sands a favourite.
